Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or booking any services with Elong Clean BC. By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Elong Clean BC offers residential and commercial cleaning services throughout British Columbia. The scope of services will be as outlined in your booking confirmation or service agreement.

2. Service Appointments

  • Clients must provide accurate information when scheduling services.

  • Access to the property must be granted at the agreed-upon time.

  • If we are unable to access the premises, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra work requested during the appointment.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept major credit cards, e-transfer, and other approved methods.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.

  • Elong Clean BC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged in full.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will arrange a return visit or reasonable resolution at no additional cost.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure the premises are safe and free of hazards.

  • Secure pets during the cleaning appointment.

  • Disclose any fragile or high-value items in the service area.

  • Elong Clean BC is not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions or unsafe surfaces/materials.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • Elong Clean BC is insured and takes all reasonable precautions, but shall not be held liable for:

    • Accidental damage exceeding our insurance coverage

    • Allergic reactions due to cleaning products (unless notified in advance)

    • Loss of personal belongings unless due to proven negligence

  • Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.

8. Use of Our Website

  • You agree not to misuse the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • All content on the site is the property of Elong Clean BC and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect and use your data. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

10. Changes to Terms

Elong Clean BC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
